Suppose a stranger gave you a mean look, how would you react? Would you get your ducks in a row and brush it off, or would you take it personally and got angry at yourself or even get angry about it? Turning small things into a big deal that bothers you for day, weeks or probably month; means that you do have negative thoughts.
Negative thoughts can be harmful on us. When these thoughts are built, it would lead to anxiety and depression. Fret not, there is always a way to deal with negative thought. By replacing the negative thoughts into something that will make you feel better. For example, say this to yourself "this is a temporary setback for me, not permanent. I will recover from it, if i give myself some time".
Yes, it sounds easier than it seems to be. But, to change your mindset is to change your view on the things that effects you. So ask yourself these questions;
