Some of us know that anxiety can be so crippling. It stomped upon our personal and professional growth and shut them down of our physical health and become a boulder that crash on our ability to form a relationship


It is an exhausting cycle of anxious thoughts and feeling. Reaction of being anxious can vary on different people, which could be seen and could not be seen;

  1. Physically: Insomnia, rapid breathing, pounding heart, sweating, trembling, muscle tension/pain, headache and digestive problem.

  2. Mentally: Uncontrollable over-thinking, irritable, dissociation, difficulty in concentrating, heightened alertness and feeling of wanting to escape the situation.

We all have feelings of worry, fear and anxiety but these are normal response based on what you have been through. Your brain response to it as a threat and danger putting you in a tight spot of being in a flight, freeze and fight response. Thus, these are a few ways for you to manage;
